🐾 Cancellation Policy – The Pampered Paw Doggy Day Spa At The Pampered Paw Doggy Day Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: Appointments & Cancellations * We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service. No-Shows * Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged a 20% no-show fee. * Repeat no-shows may require prepayment before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals * If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the 20% cancellation fee may apply. Early arrivals *If you arrive early your pet will be worked on at their scheduled appointment time. If needing to bring your dog early please make arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. Why This Policy Matters Grooming appointments are reserved specifically for your pet. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from accommodating other pets in need of care.
